This jacket combines the refined elegance of a traditional French sack coat with the practicality of a coverall.
While maintaining a clean and tailored silhouette, it offers the functionality of workwear and the ease of an everyday jacket.
The design was born from a simple question: What if a sack coat and a coverall had evolved separately, only to become one garment? By blending the sophistication of classic tailoring with the rugged character of workwear, we created a piece that feels both familiar and refreshingly new.
Existing somewhere between a tailored jacket and a work garment, it occupies a unique space. Its distinctive character allows it to take on different expressions depending on how it is styled and who wears it.
Paying homage to garments of the past while imagining a new story, this piece embodies the spirit of PREQUEL.

Due to the nature of the fabric, slight variations in size may occur.
This item was produced based on the fabric used for French military officers' summer pants in the 1930s. The original oxford fabric is moderately breathable and durable, and is suitable for prolonged wear. During the product development process, a portion of the fabric was cut from the original product, and factors such as yarn thickness, unevenness, and number of beats were examined in detail to weave a unique fabric. Furthermore, when weaving the fabric, different uneven yarns are used for the warp and weft to reproduce the original atmosphere of the fabric's surface.
