◆Shipping, Duties, and Bank Transfer Fees


Domestic Shipping (Japan)

All prices for orders shipped within Japan include consumption tax.

  • Free shipping on orders totaling ¥20,000 (tax included) or more.
  • A flat shipping fee of ¥1,100 (tax included) applies to orders under ¥20,000.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

  • Free Worldwide Shipping on Orders Over JPY 50,000 (approx. USD 310 / EUR 280).
  • International orders are shipped via DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) service.
    All duties, import taxes, and shipping costs are calculated and collected at checkout.
  • In normal circumstances, no additional customs fees, import taxes, or charges will be required upon delivery.
  • Please note that additional taxes, duties, or handling fees may occasionally apply due to local customs regulations or customs authorities' decisions. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please note that shipping charges for orders below JPY 50,000 (approx. USD 310 / EUR 280) are automatically calculated at checkout.


Bank Transfer Payments

  • Any bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Bank transfer is not available for purchases made from outside Japan (delivery address outside Japan).


Delivery Time

Items in stock will be shipped within one week after your order and payment have been confirmed.

Please note that our inventory is shared between our online store and domestic and international wholesale accounts. As a result, an item may occasionally be out of stock at the time of your order. In such cases, we will contact you promptly.

For pre-order items, orders will be shipped as soon as the products arrive and become available.
