Shipping policy

◆ Shipping Fees, Customs Duties, and Bank Transfer Charges

・For orders totaling ¥20,000 or more (including tax):
　Shipping is free within Japan. For international shipments, shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the items.

・For orders totaling less than ¥20,000 (including tax):
　A flat shipping fee of ¥1,100 (including tax) will be charged within Japan. For international shipments, shipping fees are based on the item's weight.

・Please note:
　International shipments are subject to both shipping fees and customs duties.

・Bank transfer charges:
　Any bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.

◆ Delivery Time

・In-stock items will be shipped within one week after order placement and payment confirmation.

・Please note that we also conduct wholesale sales in Japan and overseas; if an item is out of stock, we will contact you promptly.

・Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they arrive in our inventory.
