Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In the same condition as received
  • With all original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning items for personal reasons.



Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@prequel.jp so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.



Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or special-order items
  • Altered items (including hemming or size adjustments)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before making a request.



Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the quickest option is to return your original purchase and place a new order once your return has been approved.



European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union (EU), customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.



Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
