If You Have Not Received Emails from Us

We have recently received multiple inquiries from customers using free email services (such as Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail) or mobile phone email addresses who have not received our emails.Please note that an automatic order confirmation email is sent from info@prequel.jp when you place an order.If you are able to receive other emails but not ours, one of the following reasons may apply:

■ For Free Email Users (e.g. Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail):Due to spam filters or anti-spam settings, our emails may be automatically sorted into your "Spam," "Junk," or "Trash" folders.Please kindly check these folders and mark our email as "Not Spam" if found.

■ For Mobile Email Users:If you are using a mobile email address or forwarding service, you may not receive our emails due to mobile carrier spam filters.Please ensure that your device is set to allow emails from internet domains, and specifically allow messages from @prequel.jp.

■ Other Possible Causes:Your security software may be blocking our emailsThere may be a typo in the email address you enteredYour email inbox may be fullWe kindly ask you to check these points to ensure you can receive important messages from us.
