SACK COAT

SACK COAT

This is a sack coat tailored in France during the 1920s and 1930s. The small notched lapel, three-button front, compact armholes, and naturally sloping shoulders combine to give this coat a relaxed appearance typical of the period. The material used is an off-white canvas with impressive three-dimensional unevenness, and the deep texture of the material over time vividly conveys the atmosphere of the era. This piece, which combines practicality as everyday wear with a simple yet dignified beauty, still has high documentary value. It will be utilized in the production of the prequel sample.

Natural shell buttons that go well with the off-white canvas fabric.

The collar design of the period is also very interesting.

The shaped breast pocket.

Very tactile canvas fabric.

This used clothing will be utilized in the production of future samples for the PREQUEL.
