This check fabric was inspired by a French textile sample book created over 100 years ago.

Based on the classic blue of the original design, we added two colors—yellow and brown—reinterpreted with a modern sensibility, resulting in a three-color lineup.

The pattern feels both nostalgic and refreshingly new.
While carrying the atmosphere of vintage textiles, it blends naturally into contemporary style.

Using this fabric, we created PREQUEL’s work shirt.
Designed with a careful balance—neither too casual nor overly refined—it is simple yet quietly distinctive.

It pairs easily with denim, chinos, and a wide range of styles, making it a versatile piece for everyday wear.
As it is worn over time, the fabric gradually develops character, allowing you to enjoy it for years.
