Indigo Camouflage
This fabric is an indigo camouflage created by combining traditional camouflage patterns with modern indigo dyeing techniques. The design was based on the Duck Hunter Camo used by the U.S. military in the 1940s. Duck Hunter Camo is reversible, with one side having a green and brown pattern suitable for forested areas, and the other side having khaki and tan (yellowish-brown) tones for use in dry areas or environments with changing colors.
The fabric we produced this time is based on this Duck Hunter camo pattern, but with indigo dye to add a unique texture. The result is a deep navy color. Since the indigo dye is applied only to the surface of the fabric, the color naturally fades over time, a characteristic that becomes more distinctive the more the fabric is used.
The fabrics also use vintage materials as the camouflage base, recreating the solid herringbone weave of the 1940s. These fabrics can withstand harsh environments, provide comfort to the wearer, and stand up to years of use.
